Different technologies and renovation routes have different conditions. Establish your project’s eligibility before relying on support.
Describe the work precisely
An air-to-water heat pump, solar water heating and photovoltaic electricity are different projects. Do not assume an aid described as “solar” or “renewable” applies to all of them. Prepare a precise description of the works and whether they form part of a larger renovation.
Check the applicable route
France Rénov’ explains MaPrimeRénov’ and the energy-supplier support known as CEE. Ask its advisory service which route matches your property and circumstances, whether schemes can be combined and which professional qualifications matter. Use current conditions rather than a remembered grant amount.
Plan the sequence and cash flow
Confirm the required order of applications, acceptance, contract signing and work. Ask what evidence must be retained and when payment occurs. Keep the gross project cost and each confirmed contribution separate so an expected reimbursement is not confused with an immediate discount.
